Shipping Policy

We work with reliable suppliers to deliver a wide range of products directly to your door. All items are shipped from our suppliers’ warehouses, and shipping times may vary depending on your location, the product, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days after payment is confirmed (Mostly the same day the payment is confirmed). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
The default shipping times are 5–10 business days. While we do everything possible to meet these estimates, the situation in Israel may occasionally cause slight delays, making delivery take longer. However, this is very unlikely and the majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or through our order page. Tracking updates may not always appear immediately after shipment, but rest assured your order is on its way.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, rare circumstances, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or the situation in Israel, may occasionally extend delivery times. These delays are extremely uncommon, but if they occur, we will assist you and keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with proof of the issue. We will coordinate with the supplier to offer a replacement or solution whenever possible.

Act Fast
Due to high demand and limited stock from our suppliers, products can sell out quickly. To ensure you don’t miss out on your order, place it now—once stock runs out, restocking may take time.

Final Notes
Because products are shipped directly from suppliers, delivery times may be slightly longer than domestic shipments, especially for remote locations. Please plan accordingly when placing your order. Most orders arrive safely within the expected timeframe, and delays are very unlikely.
